Ryan Holmes

Co-Founder & Coach

With a background in track athletics, leisure, and sports massage, Ryan has seen every corner of the fitness industry. He built a successful 1-1 and online coaching business before co-founding SIN, bringing a wealth of experience and a no-nonsense approach. Straight-talking and deeply invested in those around him, Ryan is known for cutting through the noise and delivering results—with care, clarity, and purpose.

Dale Burke

Co-Founder & Coach

From joiner to gym founder, Dale’s journey into coaching was driven by a genuine passion for helping people. Over the years, he built a thriving 1-1 coaching business and a successful online platform before launching SIN. Dale’s energy, dedication, and belief in the power of coaching have helped shape SIN into what it is today. His ability to connect with others and bring out their best is a true reflection of his commitment to the craft.

MARTIN IRVINE

HEAD COACH

Martin brings a wealth of experience with his strength & conditioning background and sharp eye for detail. He’s direct, clear, and unapologetically himself—qualities that make him both highly effective and easy to connect with. Whether he’s coaching on the floor or behind the scenes refining the service at SIN, Martin plays a key role in elevating the gym’s standard and pushing the team forward.

TAYLOR HOOD

COACH

Taylor started her journey at SIN as a member and has since become an irreplaceable part of the coaching team. She built a strong 1-1 business before joining SIN, and brings exceptional communication skills and empathy to every session. Taylor’s strength and fitness are inspiring, and she has a natural talent for bringing people together. Always eager to learn and grow, she’s a powerful role model—especially for the women in our community.

DANNY MULHOLLAND

Coach

Danny brings over 12 years of personal training experience, with a background spanning commercial gyms, small group training, and the online space. A passionate runner who has completed multiple ultra marathons, he now heads up the SIN running division and leads our Friday evening track sessions. He is not just a running coach though. His experience on the gym floor is clear in every session, and our members benefit from his well rounded, steady approach.

NIAMH SUMMERS

Coach

Niamh may be the youngest member of the team, but she brings over three years of coaching experience and a strong presence on the gym floor. She competes in Olympic weightlifting and has represented Scotland, giving her first hand experience of performing and being coached at a high level. Approachable and easy to talk to, Niamh combines her competitive edge with a calm, supportive style that helps members feel confident and capable in every session.
